Founded as Fuji Weapon Co., Ltd. (15 million yen in capital).
Fuji Gas Spinning Co., Ltd. (Current Fujibo Holding, Inc.)invested fully and changed Washizu plant into an arms plant to produce bullets for Toyokawa naval force.

1945
Renamed to Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd., and shifted the business to manufacturing, processing, repairing and selling machineries and tools (while enhancing labor saving of spinning machines, producing and selling knitting machines, shifted the business to manufacturing automotive components with the stream).

Started business with Nissan and manufacturing automotive components.
