Nov
Fuji Gas Boseki Co., Ltd. (now Fujibo Holdings Co., Ltd.) established Fuji Heiki Co., Ltd. (with a capital of ¥15 million) with a full investment. At that time, the Washizu Plant of Fuji Gas Boseki Co., Ltd. was converted into a weapons factory to manufacture firearms and ammunition for the Toyokawa Naval Arsenal.

Oct
Renamed to Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd., and shifted the business to manufacturing, processing, repairing, and selling machinery and tools. (Shifted business to automotive parts in line with current trends, with labor saving for spinning machinery, as well as production and sales of knitting machines.)

Started business with Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and started manufacturing automotive parts.
1965
Mar
Partnered with Ikeda Corporation for reclining seat devices.

Listed on the 2nd Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Nakatsu Plant was separated and Kyushu Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd. was established. (Now TF-METAL Kyushu Co., Ltd.)

The Sinshiro Plant was separated and Higashi Mikawa Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd. was established. (Now TF-METAL Higashi Mikawa Co., Ltd.)

Ryuyo Plant was established in Ryuyo Town, Iwata District, Shizuoka Prefecture, and began operations. (Now Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture)
