- Fuji Gas Boseki Co., Ltd. (now Fujibo Holdings Co., Ltd.) established Fuji Heiki Co., Ltd. (with a capital of ¥15 million) with a full investment. At that time, the Washizu Plant of Fuji Gas Boseki Co., Ltd. was converted into a weapons factory to manufacture firearms and ammunition for the Toyokawa Naval Arsenal.

- Renamed to Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd., and shifted the business to manufacturing, processing, repairing, and selling machinery and tools. (Shifted business to automotive parts in line with current trends, with labor saving for spinning machinery, as well as production and sales of knitting machines.)

- Started business with Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and started manufacturing automotive parts.
