Ryuyo Farm opened in November 2024 and began with the cultivation of lettuce, small turnips and broad beans. It is still a small farm, but while sharing information with SASO farms in TF-METAL Higashi Mikawa, it is growing vegetables that make the people who receive them smile. I study every day to grow delicious vegetables at Ryuyo Farm.

The SASO Farm was established within the factory grounds as part of our carbon neutral activities, although its area is not particularly large at just 66 m2. We distribute the vegetables grown to our employees and neighbors, who are very pleased with them. The corn and potatoes in the top photo were grown at SASO farm.

TF-METAL found fertilizer ingredients in the wastewater of the factory, which is normally discarded. I would like to introduce you to the Bounty of the Factory, fertilizer that comes from the factory in detail.

The by-product fertilizer Bounty of the Factory was originally a by-product that inevitably occurs during the production process. However, it has been transformed into a fertilizer that can provide plants with valuable nutrients. Bounty of the factory is just one example, but it made me feel that if various industries and companies break down their barriers and come together, we can achieve sustainable development.

An analysis of the components of sludge revealed that it contained phosphoric acid, and the direction of fertilization was determined in consideration of resource recycling.

We conducted aquatic cultivation trials with hyacinth. After that, we conducted controlled experiments on the growth status of various plants.

In order to suppress the risk of impurity mixing with the aim of registering fertilizers, we will change the chemicals used and change the process.

The Bounty of the Factory is exhibited and donated to neighboring municipalities, elementary and junior high schools, and environmental events. We will continue to engage in activities aimed at contributing to the community.
In Hamanako Garden Park, there is a TF-METAL flowerbed that blooms with flowers grown using the blessings of the factory.
We donate to schools near Hamamatsu, Kosai, Toyohashi, and Nakatsu. Details are posted in the announcements.
